  1. OH, it's all so beautiful! I hope it does really well! Lovely! And a coupon code...I just may have to browse and order something else. My flower earrings are still my favorite earrings. And since we've moved my jewelry box is buried in some box in the garage. Wanting to wear those earrings is the one motivation I have to dig through all the junk to find my jewelry box!

    1. Thank you Janice, this website has been a long time coming and proved to be quite a thought provoking experience as I needed to work out how I wanted to portray myself and my jewellery. On places like Etsy and Folksy, it's pretty much all set up for you but there were so many options with this website developing program. It was hard to choose and then hard not to keep changing my mind because every time I did that, it resulted in a lot more work!

Hope you and your family have settled into your new home.
      All the best

  2. Congratulations!

Beautiful! Your website is a flawless leap from your blog. Everything is very consistent. I would only say this: I think that the side menu is too unobtrusive. Maybe it could be darker or larger. Other than that, your site is wonderful I know it is a lot of work. Great job :)

    1. Thank you Tela and thank you so much for your feedback. I know what you mean about the side menu. I cannot seem to alter the size or colour of the text in the side menu. The only way to make it more prominent was too make the background fainter but then I felt it looked too bland. I think I might raise that with the Create website admin team. I built the website myself with some help from a 'techy' friend using the Create web building program and although overall it was quite a smooth procedure (but timely!) there are some constraints.

I hope all is good with you and your family, lovely to hear from you.

  3. It looks wonderful! Well done to you, getting that going. It compliments the look of your blog perfectly too, love that it's all in keeping. I did have trouble getting to the site by the link above though - it seems to be connected via facebook...
    But well done again :)

    1. Thank you so much SMJ, glad to hear you think it is cohesive with my blog. I have tested the link on my blog but it takes me straight to my website which is puzzling as to why it doesn't for you. I really appreciate you stopping by and giving me some feedback. All the best, Kristin :)

  4. Love the look of your website Kristen! It looks really professional. I use Create for mine too and think they are fine but wish I could tweak a few things like the side menu size and colour and the way shop sections are displayed.
Wishing you lots of luck and sales!
I couldn't get to it via the link either and had to click on the image.

    1. Thanks Tracy - I remember when you published yours, you said how much time and work it had taken you. I was recommended Create by a friend who said it didn't take her that long to set up. I think she must be an IT whizz coz it took me ages and then I also got some help from a techy friend. I know mine still needs lots of tweaking but I am generally happy how it looks. I totally agree with you about the side menu and the shop sections. I am planning to suggest those improvement to Create admin. I am currently in conversation with them as there are some anomalies with how my website set up looks on Internet Explorer versus Firefox and Create are telling me I haven't the most up to date browser but Internet Explorer says I do... (bangs head on desk!). I have corrected that link on my blog, thanks.
      All the best
